Requests for Cancellation- Requests for cancellation must be made in writing to office@propiacademy.com
Requests for cancellation must include proof of purchase.

REFUND POLICY
- 100% refund - If the instructor cancels the course
- 100% less a 4% processing fee may be issued if the student cancels within 3 days of purchase and PRIOR to logging in to any presentation in the course.
- Cancellations after 5 days of purchase are not eligible for a refund.
- No refunds are issued once a student has started any one presentation.
- No substitutions once a course a student account has been created.
