This course is intended for individuals in states where specific training is not required, private individuals wanting to learn more about private investigations, paralegals, and a refresher course for private investigators. Course topics include: history of private investigations, background investigations of millennial generation, interview techniques, the investigative process, skip tracing, surveillance techniques, intro to photo geo location, business operations, and other topics.

Course does not meet State of Georgia, or other states training requirements for working as a licensed investigator.

The online Georgia Private Investigator Course is facilitated online by a certified instructor. Students will interact with the instructor and have access to them via email and phone to ensure they get the most out of their online independent study program. 

This course meets all registration and training requirements as established by the State of Georgia Board of Private Detective and Security Agencies (Board Rule 509-3-.06)

The online Georgia Private Investigator Continuing Education Course covers the fundamentals of all case management aspects, business, ethics, being an effective investigator, cognitive interview technique, laws of arrest and homeland security. Great refresher for the most seasoned professionals. This course course meets the Ethics and Homeland Security Requirements in conformance with Georgia Board of Private Detectives and Security Agencies Rule 509-3-.12 for private detectives and security agencies.

This course meets all registration and training requirements as established by the State of Georgia Board of Private Detective and Security Agencies (Board Rule 509-3-.06) to receive 16 hours toward your 16 hour requirement.
