    * 100% refund - If the instructor cancels the course
    * 100% less a 4% processing fee may be issued if the student cancels within 24 hours of purchase and PRIOR to logging in to any presentation in the course.
    * Cancellations after 5 days of purchase are not eligible for a refund.
    * No refunds are issued once a student has started any one presentation. 
    * No substitutions once a course a student account has been created. 

    * Important: Accounts that are inactive for 60 days are considered "dormant accounts", subject to cancellation without refund for course price. Students wishing to reactive a dormant account are subject to a $15 reactivation fee after 61 days of inactivity.

Course description

Course covers the fundamentals of all case management aspects, business, ethics, laws of arrest and homeland security. Great refresher for the most seasoned professionals. Course meets the ethics and homeland security requirements under Georgia Board Rule 509-3-.12 for private detectives and security agencies.Courses are facilitated by a board certified instructor. A total of 16 hours of continuing education credit. NOTE: You must have a total of 16 hours to satisfy your continuing education training requirement.
